- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- ½ pound turkey breast
- Hard cooked eggs
- 4 scallions
You have to get a cup of crumbled blue cheese, a cup of cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and flour tortillas of eight to ten inches.
Once you have taken all these ingredients, you have to combine eggs, tomatoes, scallions, turkey, lettuce, and avocado in a large bowl. You can add lemon juice and olive oil in this mixture. Place four tortillas on the flat surface and scoop the salad mixture into the centre of each tortilla. You can fold all sides as per your convenience and serve it directly.

Ingredients of this recipe are as follows.
- 1 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 1 cup parsley (chopped & fresh)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup mint (chopped & fresh)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup couscous (preferably whole-wheat)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (divided)
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 10-inch spinach, tortillas, or sun-dried tomato wraps
Take a small saucepan and bring water to boil. You can stir in couscous and then remove the saucepan from the heat. Fluff with a fork and set it aside.
You have to take a small bowl and combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, mint, parsley, and 1/8 salt and pepper.
The next step is to take a medium bowl and toss chicken tenders with a tablespoon of the parsley mixture and the remaining salt. You can use a large non-stick skillet and place the tenders in it. You have to cook them about three to five minutes over medium heat. Cut them into small pieces after they cool down.
